I have used both Deep Blue oil and Deep Blue Rub for my hip that gives me trouble after workouts and my stiff neck and shoulders. You can feel the relief instantly. It helps to apply it when you are feeling pain at that moment, but if you have a chronic condition, daily application will help best over the long term.
